Terms of Service
1. GENERAL
These Terms of Service (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”) govern the relationship between you and SUPER DOT regarding your access to and use of SUPER DOT’s games, mobile apps, websites, content, products, and any related services (collectively the “Services”).
When you use or access our Services in any capacity, you represent that you are at least 13 years old (or at least 16, if you reside in the EU) and that you understand and agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you agree that you have gotten permission from a parent or guardian to use our Services.
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Services is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
2. SERVICES
SUPER DOT offers mobile puzzle games and related services, including but not limited to "Dino Dot".
Dino Dot: A mobile puzzle game focusing on connecting dots and level progression.
Certain features of our games (such as leaderboards, cloud-save, or events) and service optimization (including retention analysis) may require the collection of data and an internet connection. We use Firebase and other third-party services to handle account authentication, data storage, and analytics to improve your gaming experience.
3. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to your agreement and continued compliance with these Terms, SUPER DOT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to access and use our Services for entertainment purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Services.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You specifically agree that you will not:
Use the Services if you are under 13 (or 16 in the EU) without parental consent.
Create an Account using inaccurate or false information.
Rent, sell, gift, or give away your Account.
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or derive source code from the Services.
Create or distribute cheats, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software that interferes with the Services.
Engage in any unlawful, abusive, or offensive conduct within the Services.
5. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You are responsible for all activity related to your Account. SUPER DOT will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account.
6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
SUPER DOT reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify your Account or access to the Services if we suspect you have failed to comply with these Terms or engaged in illegal activity. You may close your Account at any time by:
Using the “Delete Account” button in the game settings (if available).
Emailing contact.superdot@gmail.com and requesting the closure of your Account.
7. OWNERSHIP
The Services and all rights, title, and interest (including but not limited to games, titles, characters, art, and virtual items) are owned by SUPER DOT. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights.
8. FEES AND PURCHASE TERMS
In the Services, you may purchase virtual, in-game items or currency (“Virtual Items”) with real-world money.
All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
Payments are processed through third-party stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Please contact the store directly for payment-related inquiries.
9. UPDATES
You understand that the Service is evolving. SUPER DOT may require you to accept updates to the Service or the games. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended version on our website or within the Service.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. SUPER DOT does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPER DOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services.
12. MISCELLANEOUS
You agree that the laws of the Republic of Korea govern this Agreement. Any disputes or claims related to this Agreement will be resolved by a court located in the Republic of Korea.
If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
