1. Acceptance of Terms By granting this application access to your TikTok account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize the application.
2. Service Description This tool is a proprietary, internal Social Media Management application developed by SuperCell Apps. It utilizes the TikTok API (Login Kit and Content Posting API) to allow our management team to securely schedule and publish video content to your TikTok profile on your behalf.
3. Access and Limitations This application is strictly for internal use and is available by invitation only to a closed circle of clients. It is not a public Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to our internal tool at our sole discretion.
4. User Responsibilities
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the general security of your TikTok account.
Content Compliance: You agree that any content you provide to us for publishing complies with TikTok's official Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We are acting solely as a publisher of your provided media.
5. Termination of Access You may terminate this agreement at any time by navigating to your TikTok app settings and removing our application's permissions. Once access is revoked, our tool will immediately lose the ability to publish content to your profile.
6. Limitation of Liability This internal tool is provided "as is." SuperCell Apps is not liable for any account suspensions, content removals, or penalties enforced by TikTok due to the nature of the videos published on your behalf.
