Customs Charges
Custom charges may apply for orders outside of the United States. Duties and taxes ("D&T") are imposed on almost all shipments crossing international borders, which are assessed by the importing country's government. Customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes which are dependent on the shipment content and the destination country.

Two-Week Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is guaranteed to arrive at your door in two weeks.
One-Week Rush Delivery
Choose Rush Delivery and we'll make sure your custom printed products reach your doorstep in one week. Plus, Rush Delivery only adds an additional 15% to the cost of your order.
3-Day Super Rush (have it in time for the weekend) Delivery
We don't call this premium service Super Rush for nothing. Choose this option at checkout if you need your items in a flash, and for an extra 30% of the cost of your order, we’ll get your products to your door in three business days with the same attention to detail and Custom Ink commitment to quality we provide for all our customers.
Simply place your order by 2pm ET Tuesday and you’ll have items in hand by the end of the day on Friday. Not available on all products.
Ship to Multiple Addresses
Send directly to each member of your group by using our flat rate shipping service. ($9.95 per US address.)
These shipping times reflect shipment within the contiguous 48 United States. We also do APO deliveries, but the 2 week guarantee applies specifically to the APO stateside address. Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees, but Custom Ink is changing that: We deliver high-quality products - products that look just like what you created on our site - and we do so on time.
If the custom products you receive differ materially from what you created at CustomInk.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. All we ask is that you notify Custom Ink before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

Our artists will carefully review your design for typos and any art issues. Before we start your order, we will contact you.
Changes to your order can be made if we haven't started printing it.
We want your order to be perfect! If your order hasn't started printing yet, we can make changes — but please note that updates may impact your delivery date and pricing. Once your items are in production, we can no longer make adjustments. If your order has not proceeded to the printing stage, our customer service team will be happy to assist you!
Opt-in for SMS text messages.
When placing your order, you may opt-in to receive SMS text messages for urgent questions about your order. We will not charge to send text messages, but standard message rates and data charges from your carrier may apply. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan and costs.
