Introduction and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the developer of Water Eject - Speaker Test ("App," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Water Eject - Speaker Test mobile application.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Subscriptions and Payments
The App offers subscription-based features processed through the Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Payment Processing: All payments, subscriptions, and billing are processed exclusively by Google through the Google Play Billing API. We do not store your credit card information or banking details.
On-Device Verification: We verify your subscription status locally on your device by communicating directly with the Google Play Store. We do not maintain a separate server database of your subscription. Consequently, your access to premium features is strictly tied to the Google Account currently logged into the Google Play Store on your device.
Account Management: To restore purchases or sync your subscription across multiple devices, you must be logged into the same Google Account used to make the original purchase. We are not responsible for lost access to premium features caused by signing out of your Google Account or clearing Google Play Store data without syncing.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with Google Play’s refund policies. Because we do not validate transactions on an external server, we may refer support inquiries regarding billing errors directly to Google Play Support.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you via the Google Play Store interface.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and device security.
Prohibited Behaviors
You may not:
Use the App for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Transfer your account or subscription to another person.
Attempt to bypass the Google Play Billing mechanism to access premium features without payment.
Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us. You may not use our proprietary information without our prior written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App. Specifically, we are not liable for any temporary loss of premium access resulting from connection errors between your device and the Google Play Store servers.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee that the Google Play Billing service will always be available or that the on-device verification will be uninterrupted by network issues.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Panchkula, Haryana (India), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
