Botley 2450.9 km
North Hinksey 3642.7 km
Track your miles/km: Join your schools’ Strava group, where your distance will be logged automatically. If not, track it your way (for example, using Google Maps on regular routes) and email your distance —with your school name— to superspringsprint@gmail.com.
Any physical activity counts! You can contribute by (dog) walking, running, scooting, cycling or swimming, or doing anything else active.
How distances are counted:
• 1 km walking or running = 1 km
• 1 km cycling or scooting = 0.25 km towards the total
• 3 km rowing = 1 km towards the total
• 250 m swimming = 1 km towards the total
• Children’s distances count double
Suggested Fee: If you’re able, we suggest a participation fee of £10 for adults and £5 for children. You can give more or participate for free. Family and friends everywhere are welcome to join in and support a team through donations and/or distances travelled!
You will be able to follow the action on the leaderboard here on the website each day.
At the end of the month, the Roadrunner Prize 👟 will go to the team with the highest total distance.
This is a chance to get active, have fun, and raise money for our schools. Enjoy the challenge and be part of something positive for the whole community.
We’ve created WhatsApp groups if you want to meet with other people to (dog) walk, run, cycle or swim.
