📋 Steps to Request Account Deletion

You can request account deletion through either of the following two options:

Option A: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

1. Launch the Vidya Learning ERP app on your Android device and log in.

2. Open your User Profile Dashboard from the navigation sidebar drawer.

3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile details and tap the Delete Account button.

4. Confirm your choice through the security validation popup window. Your request will be queued instantly.

Option B: Web-Based Request Form (If App is Uninstalled)

If you have already uninstalled the application, you can submit an external deletion request right here. Please send an explicit email request to our privacy desk:

📊 Data Retention and Erasure Specification

When you request to delete your account, we permanently erase your entire data footprint from our production database partitions within 30 days of the request submission. Account "freezing" or deactivation is never used as a substitute for true data erasure.

Upon processing your request, the following records are permanently scrubbed from our systems:

• Authentication Profiles: Your email address, hashed passwords, linked third-party Google OAuth identity tokens, and institutional mapping linkages.

• Academic Portfolio Submissions: All worksheet responses, test records, live arena battle logs, and your historical quest map progression state tables.

• Media Assets: All subjective homework image attachments (notebook photos) and video files (oral evaluation proofs) stored in your teacher’s grading queue.

• Voice Transcripts: Any temporary cached voice tokens or local evaluation metadata parsed through the microphone by the Read Along engine.

• Institutional Academic Backups: If your school utilizes Vidya ERP for official, high-stakes final state board examinations or continuous school-level audit registries, anonymized score histories may be retained inside the school's primary master archive to comply with regional academic regulatory mandates. This data is entirely decoupled from your personal profile and can no longer be traced back to you.

• Security & Fraud Prevention Logs: Basic, anonymized server-side transaction logs may be securely archived for a maximum retention period of 90 days to prevent security exploits, maintain core platform integrity, or handle infrastructure troubleshooting.
