It is Supermoney’s policy to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. This commitment reflects the value we place on earning and keeping the trust of our customers, business partners and others who share their personal information with us. This Policy applies to all Internet sites and mobile applications operated by or on behalf of Supermoney and includes other entities worldwide affiliated with Supermoney. It also applies to personal information Supermoney may otherwise collect: (i) through our products and services; (ii) when you interact with us by means other than a Supermoney Internet Site or App, i.e. in person, by telephone, or via other means of telecommunications; and (iii) from our employees, collectors, third party investigators, and other business partners (collectively “Business Partners”).
The information obtained by Supermoney will only be used for Supermoney business needs relating to loans made by consumers / users of this application service, including but not limited to feasibility analysis of loan products, the need to process transactions, carry out court orders, applicable legal processes and process reports to the competent authorities.
1. Supermoney Privacy Policy
Supermoney is a mobile application software (“App”) available on the Google Play Store (“App”) which you have downloaded onto your mobile phone, cellphone or handheld device (Device).
To the extent required by applicable law, whenever Supermoney collects personal information, Supermoney will:
i. provide timely and appropriate notice to you about our data practices;
ii. collect your personal information only for specified purposes. The information we collect will be relevant, adequate and not excessive for the purposes for which it is collected;
iii. process your personal information in a manner consistent with the purposes for which it was originally collected or to which you have subsequently consented;
iv. take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and, where necessary, kept up-to-date;
not use your personal information for direct marketing purposes without giving you an opportunity to “opt-out”;
v. take appropriate measures, by contract or otherwise, to provide adequate protection for personal information that is disclosed to a third party or transferred to another country, including transfers within Supermoney.
This Policy constitutes as an inseparable part of Supermoney Credit Agreement.

Information You Provide
Supermoney collects personal information you provide us, which may include: (i) contact information, such as your name, company name, job title, address, e-mail address, and phone number; (ii) additional information about you to help us get to know you better, such as your gender, age, date of birth, nationality, professional associations and registration numbers, information about how you use our products, and demographic information; (iii) comments, questions, requests and orders you may make; (iv) financial information needed to process loans and payments, such as credit card or account information or other banking information; (v) log-in information, including, if applicable, social media account information for login purposes, if applicable; (vi) information about your preferences, such as your preferred methods of communication and product types in which you are interested (vii) phone contacts in your device needed for risk management and control, anti-fraud monitoring, debt collection purposes, if in case the information provided in the credit agreement is false, invalid or otherwise not responsive to our collection attempts.
It is understood that when you have submitted your information to Supermoney, you expressly guarantee the correctness of the data provided and expressly consent to the collection and processing of such information for whichever purpose it may serve under the agreement.
Information Automatically Gathered from Your Device
SMS
We collect all your SMS data, but only monitor financial SMS. Include the sender's name,description and transaction amount to confirm your risk level and credit limit and help prevent fraud.In the meantime, we need you to send us a text message to confirm thesecurity of your account.All SMS data will be encrypted through the app and uploadedto the server(but we will filter and delete personal SMS data on the server.We will upload the above information to the server,and the server address is https://sapi.flypaypro.ng/sloth/.
Mobile phone/Device
Upload and monitor the information about your device. The device information we need is the unique device identifier such as device name, model, region, status, language, device identification code, device software and hardware information, usage habits, IMEI, and serial number to confirm the uniqueness of the device and ensure the security of your account.We will upload the above information to the server,and the server address is https://sapi.flypaypro.ng/sloth/.
Location
We need your device location permission to collect location-related information, which includes the location method of the user device, location time, longitude, latitude, current location, location area code, etc.
Using your location information will enable us to know your credit rating as well as increase the security of your account. In a situation that an abnormality is discovered, or we notice that the Service is accessed from an unusual location, you will be notified promptly.We will upload the above information to the server,and the server address is https://sapi.flypaypro.ng/sloth/.
Application Installed(APP list)
We need to obtain your APP list permission. We will collect the APP list you have installed to identify whether you have illegal virus software or unsafe software that is not officially certified by Google, so as to ensure that when you use our app is safe.
Camera
We require camera get to grant you a simple/smooth involvement and to permit you to require a picture of your KYC archives and other pertinent archives and send them to the app all through the credit application process. During the advance application prepare, you will be able to require a picture of your KYC records and other pertinent records and send them to the app.
3. Supermoney’s Usage of Personal Information
Supermoney may use your personal information to:
Develop and manage our relationships with you and our Business Partners. This may include: (i) delivering services or carrying out transactions that you or our Business Partners have requested; (ii) providing information about Supermoney products, services, and transactions, and advertisements, that may be of interest to you; (iii) providing you and our Business Partners a more consistent experience in interacting with Supermoney, including by learning more about you and how you use and interact with Supermoney Internet Sites, Apps, products, and services; and (iv) planning, managing, and performing under our contractual relationships with our Business Partners.

This may include: (i) informing you of Supermoney products, services, and promotional activities that may be of interest to you; (ii) providing information about relevant Supermoney products, services, and transactions, including, for example, pricing, information about product or service improvements; (iii) responding to questions or inquiries that you make, including customer service requests; and (iv) inviting you to participate in, or informing you of the results of, customer satisfaction or market research surveys.
Provide and improve our Internet Sites, Apps, products, and services. This may include: (i) customizing them to your preferences or interests, making them more compatible with your technology, or otherwise making them easier to use; (ii) maintaining the security of and otherwise protecting them; and (iii) and developing new Supermoney Internet Sites, Apps, products and services.

Supermoney may share your personal information with third parties we hire to perform support services for us such as but not limited to collection services, background investigation, and skip tracing among others. These third parties are required to use the personal information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf and to treat your personal information in compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
In some cases, Supermoney may share your personal information with third parties who partner with us to provide products and services to our customers. If so, we will require our Business Partners to use that information in a manner consistent with this Policy, any applicable Specific Privacy Statements, and all applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Supermoney may share your personal information with third parties when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary: (i) to comply with a law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; (ii) to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, intellectual property infringement, violation of our contracts or agreements, violation of law, or other misuse of Supermoney Internet Sites, Apps, products or services; (iii) to protect Supermoney rights or property or yours or others’ health, safety, welfare, rights, or property; or (iv) under similar circumstances. If such an event occurs, we will take appropriate steps to protect your personal information.
Supermoney may share your personal information with third parties in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of Supermoney or a Supermoney business unit, or under similar circumstances. If such an event occurs, we will take appropriate steps to protect your personal information.
Kindly note, by click in the Checkbox, you permit (your institution)to share your credit information, both positive and negative, with Credit Bureaus, and also to check your credit report for credit appraisal purposes.

5. Retain of the Data
We will delete your date, if we refuse to provide service to you further. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services to you, comply with our legal and statutory obligations or verify your information with a financial institution.
We are statutorily obligated to retain the data you provide us with in order to process transactions, ensure settlements, make refunds, identify fraud and in compliance with laws and regulatory guidelines applicable to us, our banking providers and card processors.
Therefore, even after closing your Supermoney account, we will retain certain Personal Information and transaction data to comply with these obligations. All Personal Information shall be destroyed by us where possible. For all Personal Data and records obtained, used and stored by us, we shall perform periodical reviews of the data retained to confirm the accuracy, purpose, validity and requirement to retain.
The length of storage of Personal Informaiton shall, amongst other things, be determined by:
a.the contract terms agreed between you and us or as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was obtained; or
b.whether the transaction or relationship has statutory implication or a required retention period; or
c.whether there is an express request for deletion of Personal Data by the Data Subject, provided that such request will only be treated where the Data Subject is not under any investigation which may require us to retain such Personal Data or there is no subsisting contractual arrangement with the Data Subject that would require the processing of the Personal Data; or
d.whether we have another lawful basis for retaining that information beyond the period for which it is necessary to serve the original purpose.

Supermoney takes appropriate measures, by contract or otherwise, to provide adequate protection for personal information that is disclosed to a third party or transferred to another country, including transfers within Supermoney.
Supermoney maintains reasonable safeguards to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal information. Although we use security measures to help protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or alteration, as is the case with all computer networks linked to the Internet, we cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the Internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.
Supermoney shall not be held accountable or legally liable for any data breach, misuse, disclosure, loss or unlawful sharing due to the fault of its users’ failure to protect and secure their username and password or some other form of negligence.
7. Age Restriction
Our website and services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If as a parent or guardian, you become aware that your child or ward child has provided us with any information without your consent, please contact us through the details provided in this Privacy Policy.
8. Revision of Privacy Policy
This agreement can be updated by Supermoney online at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are announced, they will replace the original agreement terms without prior notice. Users can check the latest version of the agreement terms in this APP. Any modification will only apply to the personal information we may collect and the personal information we will collect after publishing. After modifying the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the modified terms, please stop using the service provided by this APP immediately, and the user's continued use of the service will be deemed to be an acceptance of the modified agreement.
