Our Services are not directed to or intended for children who are under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us through the Services, please contact us at the address above and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. This is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:
Personal Data You Provide. We collect Personal Data from you when you provide it to us directly — for example, when you contact us regarding this Privacy Policy. Additionally, when you communicate with other players by voice chat during a game session, we process that communication as described below.
Automatically Collected Information. When you use the Game, we may collect:
Meta Platform information. When you use the Game, we may access your Meta user ID, Horizon username and profile photo through the Meta Platform SDK. We use this information to identify you in the Game and provide multiplayer and social features.
Friends information. We may access information about your Meta friends who are available through the relevant Meta platform features in order to let you find, join and play with friends.
Invites. We process information necessary to send and receive game invitations and connect players in multiplayer sessions.
Multiplayer session data transmitted via Photon Fusion (our networking provider): your avatar’s real-time position/pose, membership in a game session, and match outcomes;
Real-time voice chat audio, transmitted via Photon Voice for in-game spatial communication with other players in your session — this audio is transmitted for the communication itself and is not recorded or stored by us;
A list of your in-app purchases, processed through Meta’s platform payment system — we do not receive or store your payment details directly;
The visual customization of your avatar (colors/patterns you paint during play), which is transient and tied to the current game session;
LIV Camera technical and usage data, when the LIV capture features are used, such as game and device information, an app specific device identifier, and information relating to recording or capture events. This data is processed by LIV Inc. in accordance with its own privacy policy.
We process personal data where necessary to provide the Game and its multiplayer features, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, abuse prevention and support. Where applicable law requires consent, we will request it separately.
We may use Personal Data to:
Provide, support, and maintain the Services;
Place you into and let you play in a multiplayer session with other users, including voice communication;
Process your in-app purchases through Meta’s platform payment system;
Respond to your contact requests;
Moderate gameplay and in-game communications to enforce our community rules;
Optimize, develop, and improve the Services;
Prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuse of the Services;
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We share the Personal Data described above with the following categories of third parties, necessary for the Game to function:
Meta: for user identification and profile information, social and friends features, multiplayer invitations, in app purchases, entitlement verification, distribution of the Game, and compliance with Meta Horizon platform requirements.
Photon Engine: for real-time multiplayer network connectivity and voice chat transmission.
LIV Inc.: for the in game camera, recording, screenshot and capture functionality provided through the LIV SDK.

We do not maintain a persistent gameplay history or player account database on our own servers. Multiplayer gameplay state and voice communications are processed in real time and are not intentionally retained by us after the session ends.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and maintain appropriate records.
We take reasonable measures to protect Personal Data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, including by relying on third-party providers (Meta, Photon, LIV) that apply industry-standard security measures. Transmission of information over the internet is never completely secure; we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted through the Services.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above; we will respond within one month of your request.
The Services and the way we operate may change over time. As a result, this Privacy Policy may change at any time. When we do, we will post an updated version on this page. By continuing to use the Services after an updated version is posted, you consent to the revised policy.
