Super Bowl LV, the 55th Super Bowl and the 51st modern-era National Football League championship game, will decide the league champion for the 2020 NFL season.
The NFL definitely has a thing for Florida when it comes to Super Bowls, which makes sense. Just gotta cross your fingers that the rain stays away for one night.
Super Bowl 55 will take place in Tampa, Florida, at the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, one year after Miami Gardens played host to Super Bowl 54, which was won by Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs. Kansas City is streaking toward a return to the big game, and with Tom Brady now a Buccaneer himself, there’s the potential for a home game of sorts in 2021’s Super Bowl.
Super Bowl 2021 will be played on Sunday, February 7, 2021 after the end of the 2020-2021 NFL regular season. The Super Bowl LV edition will be the 3rd Super Bowl played on Feb. 7, the latest day on the calendar for which the big game has been scheduled in its 55-year history. Super Bowl 50 (Panthers vs. Broncos) and Super Bowl 44 (Saints vs. Colts) also were scheduled on Feb. 7.

Super Bowl LV will be played at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. It wasn’t the original plan. In 2017, the NFL announced that the game was officially awarded to Tampa after the NFL owners last May voted to move Super Bowl 55, set for Los Angeles from 2021 to 2022.
We know what time Super Bowl LV will kick off in the United States on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2021. That’s easy. The AFC champion and the NFC champion will meet at Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL at 6:30 p.m. EST, or 5:30 CST, 4:30 MST, 3:30 PST, 2:30 p.m. in Alaska or 1:30 p.m. in Hawaii.

CBS and its family of networks will broadcast Super Bowl LV on February 7, 2021, from Tampa. The game will start at 6:30 p.m. ET, with kickoff shortly afterwards. Jim Nantz and Tony Romo will call to action from the broadcast booth at Raymond James Stadium. CBS will broadcast the Super Bowl for the second time in three seasons, which will be its 21st Super Bowl broadcast, the most in league history. Once you confirm that you can receive a broadcast where you live, you’ll need to make sure you have an antenna that reaches how far the provider is away from you. From here, all you need is to scan your TV’s tuner to grab the channel, and then turn on the Super Bowl Sunday! There are a lot of great options out there. Watching the Super Bowl couldn’t be easier in the United States, as CBS is soul broadcaster for the big game in 2021. Anyone with the channel as part of their cable package will therefore be able to tune-in at no extra cost on the CBS website. It also means there are two great options to watch all the action without cable.
First, CBS has its own standalone streaming service, CBS All Access, which costs just $5.99 a month – and there’s even a FREE CBS All Access trial that means you’ll be able to watch Super Bowl LV without paying a penny, if you play your cards right.

While timings are still to be confirmed, the fact that it’s being held in the same state (Florida) as last year’s spectacular suggests we might not looking at too radical a departure from Super Bowl LIV’s 6.30pm ET / 3.30pm PT kick-off time.
