Hashseven Inc ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information Super Biz collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

By using Super Biz, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Super Biz collects only the information required to create and manage your account.

We collect:

• Name

• Email Address

• Password (securely managed through Firebase Authentication. Hashseven Inc does not have access to your plain-text password.)

We do not collect or store your invoices, inventory, customers, vendors, products, or other business data on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Create and manage your account.

• Authenticate your login securely.

• Provide customer support when required.

• Improve the security and reliability of the application.

3. Local Data Storage

All business data you create in Super Biz, including invoices, inventory, products, customers, vendors, purchases, sales, and reports, is stored locally on your device using SQLite.

If you uninstall the app without creating a backup, all locally stored business data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Hashseven Inc does not collect or store this business data.

4. Google Drive Backup (Optional)

Super Biz provides an optional Google Drive Backup feature.

If you choose to use this feature:

• Your business data is backed up only to your own Google Drive account.

• The backup is created only with your permission.

• Hashseven Inc does not access, store, or retain your backup data.

• You have full control over your backup files through your Google Drive account.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account information, including:

• Secure HTTPS/TLS encrypted communication

• Firebase Authentication security

• Secure cloud authentication

Although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Third-Party Services

Super Biz may use the following trusted third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication

• Google Drive API (only when you choose to back up or restore data)

• Google AdMob (Free version only, if applicable)

• Google Play Billing

• Apple App Store In-App Purchases (iOS)

These services operate under their own privacy policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Super Biz is intended for business users and is not designed for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
