Please note- Final transcripts will be available the week of July 10th. Transcripts are NOT sent out automatically.  There is a charge for each final transcript requested. 

1.  If you plan to transfer credits to other colleges or universities, you will need to request and pay for a transcript. Transcripts are not sent out automatically. You need to request one via our website or stop in to our office. SUNY Schenectady credits transfer to any SUNY institution across the state. Please check with the admissions office of any other institution not part of the SUNY system to check transferability of credits.

2. We strongly encourage students to order official PDF transcripts using our transcript service, TranscriptsPlus, at https://www.credentials-inc.com/tplus/?ALUMTRO006785. PDF transcripts ordered in this fashion are both official and quick with most colleges or employers receiving the transcript within a few hours of the request. Hard-copy paper transcripts may be delayed as they need to be printed and are sent via the Post Office.

3. If you are requesting a transcript prior to July 6th, please make sure you request the transcript be held until final grades are available, otherwise an incomplete transcript will be sent. 

4. Please remember while every student enrolled in a class receives a final grade, only grades of C or better will typically transfer to other institutions.
