Independent Researcher: Business Administration and PPE
Sunwoo Lee is an interdisciplinary researcher trained in Business Administration and PPE (Politics, Philosophy, and Economics) at Kyungpook National University. His research examines how accounting standards, ESG valuation, macroeconomic policy, and platform-labour regulation shape firms, markets, and workers. Drawing on critical accounting, capital market research, behavioral macroeconomics, and Foucauldian governmentality, he investigates how numbers, disclosures, algorithms, and legal classifications organize visibility, accountability, and economic conduct—and, ultimately, how institutions govern the behavior of individuals, organizations, and populations.
How institutions and standards construct reality, and where that construction fails?
