Simplekeyz was founded in early 2018, when our founder Logan began his journey as a property advisor in Bandar Sunway. Throughout his experience, he recognized a growing demand among students from Sunway University, Monash University Malaysia, and Taylor’s University for high-quality, comfortable, and secure accommodation.
With that vision in mind, Simplekeyz was established to provide modern, cozy, and fully furnished living spaces tailored specifically for both local and international students. Our goal is to create a welcoming home environment where students can relax, recharge, and feel supported—so they’re ready to face each new challenge in their academic journey with confidence.
