Terms & Condition

Warranty Period depend on products as 1/3/6/12/24 month.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and damages & defects caused by negligence, misuse, improper operation, power fluctuation, lighting or other natural disasters, vandalism or accidents are not covered under this warranty. 

Repairs or Replacement necessitated by such causes not covered by the Warranty are subject to charges for Labour, Time and Material.

Burn mark & Physical Damages, Corrosion are not included under this Warranty.

Items once sold cannot be returned under any circumstances (except for fault on our Side (Suntech)).

වගකීම් කාලය මාස 1/3/6/12/24 ලෙස නිෂ්පාදන මත රඳා පවතී. 

වගකීම් සහතිකය මඟින් නිෂ්පාදන දෝෂ පමණක් ආවරණය වන අතර නොසැලකිලිමත්කම, අනිසි භාවිතය, අනිසි ලෙස ක්‍රියා කිරීම, විදුලිබල උච්චාවචනය, අකුණුසැර හෝ වෙනත් ස්වාභාවික විපත්, විනාශ කිරීම් හෝ අනතුරු හේතුවෙන් සිදුවන හානි සහ දෝෂ මෙම වගකීම් යටතේ ආවරණය නොවේ. 

වගකීම් සහතිකයෙන් ආවරණය නොවන එවැනි හේතූන් නිසා අවශ්‍ය වන අලුත්වැඩියාවන් හෝ ප්‍රතිස්ථාපනය ශ්‍රමය, කාලය සහ ද්‍රව්‍ය සඳහා ගාස්තුවලට යටත් වේ. 

පිළිස්සුම් සලකුණ සහ භෞතික හානි, මලකඩකෑම මෙම වගකීම් යටතේ ඇතුළත් නොවේ. 

වරක් විකුණන ලද භාණ්ඩ කිසිඳු තත්වයක් යටතේ ආපසු ලබා දිය නොහැක (අපගේ (Suntech) දෝෂයක් හැර).
