At Sunshine State Yorkie Puppies, we offer a guarantee for our Yorkie puppies against any health-related issues. We provide a 2-year written health guarantee that includes 100% refunds or a replacement of your puppy if necessary.

Before bringing your puppy home, it's important to understand that owning a puppy requires regular visits to the veterinarian, and you will be responsible for all related costs. We take every measure to ensure that your puppy is as healthy as possible upon arrival. However, as living beings, puppies can encounter health issues despite our best efforts. This guarantee outlines our commitment to you in the event that a health issue arises with your puppy.

Our relationship with you continues even after you bring your puppy home. As fellow puppy lovers, we sincerely hope that nothing goes wrong with any pet. However, some factors are beyond our control. A puppy’s health can depend on genetics, exercise, diet, and overall care. While we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never experience health problems, we promise to do our utmost to ensure that your new family member is healthy.

We also provide a 2-year genetic guarantee for life-threatening and untreatable defects, including but not limited to heart defects rated at Scale 4 or above and any organ dysfunction. This guarantee excludes any treatable disorders.

Before shipping your puppy, we screen family members and friends who visit our home. We conduct a comprehensive health evaluation checklist created by a licensed veterinarian. Additionally, we make sure that your puppy is up to date on vaccinations and has been dewormed.

To activate your puppy’s health guarantee, we request that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving him or her, so we can confirm that your puppy is happy and healthy from the moment he or she arrives at your home.

Please note that only the primary purchaser of the puppy from our cattery can file a claim under this guarantee. This guarantee is not transferable to any new owner.
