There is a minimum cutting charge of 1000.00 + GST for all metal processing services.
This charge covers the time and labour required for:
Drawing parts
Programming machines
Material handling
Cutting
What format are your drawings in?

We accept your drawings in most formats, including DXF, DWG, PDF and hand drawn plans/sketches. Once received, your drawings are stored in Sigmanest in your individual folder.

At present we cut up to 3000mm x 1500mm.

At the moment:
12mm Mild Steel
6mm Stainless Steel
4mm Aluminium
3mm Brass
Thicker materials can always be sourced for you at no additional costs.

Unfortunately due to fire hazards we are unable to cut:
Wood
Acrylic
Flammable products/materials
WCSM can arrange additional services at a good rate such as
Blast & Paint
Powder Coating
