So thankful for my daughter who read up about helicopter tours on our first visit to Kauai. No other way to experience the untouched beauty of this island. Happy with sunshine helicopters and enjoyed Steve, our pilot. Funny and informative, made the trip special! No regrets and got spectacular pictures!

I make it often enough (weekly, at this point?) to justify a dedicated internet home for this 5-minute-vegan-no-grocery-shopping-required miracle. Sunshine Week

National Sunshine Week has been celebrated every March since 2005, thanks to the hard work of the American Society of News Editors. Participants include print, broadcast and online news media, civics groups, non-profits, schools and libraries. The activities are funded from a grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation to enlighten the public about their right to government information and strengthen their communities.

I made this sunshine sauce and sweet salty brocolli salad yesterday for a food group and they were ace!! everybody loved them, Im currently doing my first whole30 so it was so nice to be out socialising but still have delish food to munch on

One of the hardest things about following a strict Whole30 is feeling like I can safely eat at restaurants. Although I am serious about staying on track I was also missing eating out with friends. Sunshine Sauce saved me! I suggested we go for Chinese food and brought a little Tupperware of sunshine sauce and ordered steamed chicken & veggies. Viola! A delicious stress-free Whole30 meal!
