Founded in 2006 by Paulina Pasekova, born and raised in Czech Republic, Sunset Valley Stables is a multi-purpose breeding, boarding and training facility located 20 minutes NW of Cochrane, AB. SVS currently features a barn with 4 stalls, tack room, small lounge room, multiple paddocks and a large pasture with heated water troughs/shelters, and a spacious extra large 200 x 150 outdoor arena. There is additionally a round pen and roads/trails/ditches for riding, with amazing views of the valley and mountains from the facility.

At Sunset Valley Stables, we also train horses using Classical Spanish and French training methods, where the horses are treated with respect and work with us, not for us, with a happy state of mind. Using positive training methods has allowed us to be successful in reaching our goals with our equine partners.
