Nurture a safe and positive place for athletes to learn and grow as a basketball player and teammate. In doing so, coaches will challenge and also support athletes throughout their high school basketball journey in hopes that they will experience:
Positive Energy!
Compete = hard work + caring more
Listen and be coachable.
The thing is, I don't do these things for recognition, being a good teammate, being a positive member of the community. I do them because those things make me whole and complete.
