By law we need to go out 3 nautical miles, usually takes 15 minutes through the harbor "slow 1-3 mph, no wake zone." Then another 15 minutes at 25-45 mph to the drop zone.

If you already have deposition paperwork from the funeral home / crematory, if not you can get at Los Angeles Vital Records Office for $12. I will gladly Pickup remains within Los Angeles area or you can mail via USPS. I will film Scattering with iPhone & Drone camera and send via text.
