📍 Location: Cory Recreation Center
Monday: Senior Scrimmage (Ages 15-18)
Competitive full-court play to sharpen game-time decision-making and teamwork.
Tuesday: Junior Scrimmage (Ages 11-14)
Game-style practice to build confidence, strategy, and team chemistry.
Wednesday: Senior Practice (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Focus on advanced skills, conditioning, and game preparation.
Thursday: Junior Practice (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Emphasis on fundamental skills, drills, and basketball IQ development.
Friday: Off Day (Rest & Recovery)
Saturday: Game Day!
Compete in league matchups and tournaments, showcasing our hard work and dedication.
At SBA, we believe that success goes beyond the court. Academic assistance is available for players who need extra help with schoolwork.
