How do I pay?
This is how you can pay for your cleaning with Sunrose:

* Check, made payable to Sunrose LLC.
Payment is due at the time of service, unless arranged otherwise. If you do not intend to be at home during the cleaning, you may leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter or send the money thru Zelle, the morning of your house cleaning.
Do I need to pick up before the cleaners arrive?
The better your house is picked up, the better job I can do cleaning for you. If there are dishes, laundry, projects etc. - no problem, I will skip these areas until the next visit. Often putting clutter in a container before our visit is helpful. Getting things up off the floor by putting them on beds or the couch helps, too.
If you just can’t get things organized before we come, no problem, just know I will clean what we can get to.
Do I need to be home?
Most clients are not home, but It’s completely up to you if you want to be home.
Most clients have either a lockbox for the key (which I can provide) or they give me a garage code.
When do you arrive ?
I always try to be at your home the time we have booked, but sometimes a client that is before you might take longer time, as I clean until I'm done. But I always arrive within 30 minutes of our booked time. If I get done earlier with the client before you I might even come to your house a little before your time is due.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I'm both licensed and insured. My insurance certificate is issued by State National Insurance Company Inc - Next Insurance.
What do you do with pets?
I like pets, so please tell me if you have any and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for me to know, and I'm sure we will get along just fine.
