What happens when major car-sharing or delivery app services go down due to a server outage, they monopolize and significantly raise their rates, or gas stations or internet shuts down due to grid outages?

The Sunrise Woolwich Mutual Aid Network is a volunteer-run community service that aims to make our community more resilient in the face of worsening extreme weather and other events. We are a local hub of the national Sunrise Movement, a nonprofit youth civic and environmental organization.
