We are a Sunrise Movement hub in Storrs Connecticut that includes UCONN Students, ECSU Students, and E. O. Smith High School students as well as other community members. Our goals are to spread information in the community about the climate crisis and stop disinformation. We welcome anybody from any views or backgrounds.

Our biggest goal from creating this hub is to spread knowledge and inform people on the severity of global warming.
A long-time goal of ours is to decrease carbon emissions in high schools and colleges in Storrs, CT
Another long-time goal of ours is to gain but not limit to 50 members in the SunriseStorrs hub.
