When you click buy now on an item and enter your information your purchase is then processed. We will then send you a thank you message to confirm the purchase. After your purchase is confirmed, please allow 1-5 day shipping time as sometimes things can get delayed.

Errors do happen occasionally. Errors such as payment issues, transaction fails, and bank problems can be fixed from the buyers side to complete the transaction. Although it is rare, we do run out of purchased items sometimes. If this does happen, we can replace your item with another size if it is available and fits you. If not, we will give you a refund and cancel the order.

Sadly, we don't provide returns. If an item doesn't fit you we cant provide returns but we can give a 5% off to compensate. We try our best to satisfy as much as we can.

You are allowed to cancel your order as long as you give an adequate reason. If your order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do to continue with a cancellation.
