I am in the 2025-2026 Academic Job Market.
I am currently a PhD Candidate in Economics at Carleton University, specializing in econometrics and health economics. My research focuses on developing methods for policy evaluation to improve estimation and inference, with a focus on difference-in-differences approaches. I am particularly interested in extending these methods when standard assumptions are difficult to justify, and applying them to answer important empirical questions. I am also interested in using these methods in health economics. Through a combination of theoretical work and applied research, I hope to make empirical studies more credible.
