MapleStay is a hotel property management application designed to help hotels and accommodation businesses manage reservations, rooms, guests, check-ins, check-outs, payments, operations, and related business information.

Depending on the configuration selected by the hotel, information may be stored locally on the computer or within the hotel's own local network.

MapleStay may also provide backup and restore functionality, including backups to user-selected storage devices.

The hotel is responsible for protecting its database, computers, network, and backup files.

Payment Information

MapleStay may record payment amounts, payment methods, deposits, balances, and related transaction records entered by the hotel.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, MapleStay does not independently process or store complete payment-card credentials.

Microsoft Store Services

Where Microsoft Store licensing or subscription functionality is used, Microsoft may process account, licensing, and payment information according to Microsoft's own privacy policies.

Sunny IT Apps does not receive users' complete Microsoft payment credentials.

Data Sharing

Sunny IT Apps does not sell hotel or guest information.

The hotel using MapleStay is responsible for obtaining any permissions or consent required for information it enters into the system.


7. Privacy Policy for MapleInvoice – Canadian Invoice Maker

MapleInvoice is an invoicing application designed for Canadian businesses, freelancers, contractors, and self-employed professionals.

Information Used by the Application

Users may enter information including:

This information is provided voluntarily by the user for invoicing and business-management purposes.

Local Storage

Business, customer, invoice, estimate, receipt, product, tax, and related information is primarily stored locally on the user's computer.

Users are responsible for protecting their computer and backup files.

Email

If the user chooses to send invoices or other documents by email, information necessary to send the selected document may be processed through the email service configured or selected by the user.

Sunny IT Apps does not sell customer email addresses or invoice information.

PDF and Printing

Information entered into MapleInvoice may appear in PDFs, printed invoices, estimates, receipts, or other documents created at the user's request.

The user controls where those documents are saved, printed, or sent.

Microsoft Store Subscription

MapleInvoice may use Microsoft Store services for subscription purchases and entitlement verification.

Microsoft processes payment information. Sunny IT Apps does not receive or store complete credit-card information used for Microsoft Store purchases.

Data Sharing

Sunny IT Apps does not sell users' business, customer, invoice, or financial information.

8. Mac Style Desktop Launcher

Mac Style Desktop Launcher is a Windows desktop customization and launcher application.

The app may access local files, folders, installed applications, desktop shortcuts, wallpapers, and other local Windows resources only when required to provide its desktop, launcher, file browsing, and customization features.

Mac Style Desktop Launcher does not upload or sell users’ personal files or personal information.

File and application information accessed by the app is processed locally on the user’s Windows device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

The app may use Microsoft WebView2 or other Windows components to display web-based content. Any information processed by third-party services is subject to the privacy policies of those services.

Users can stop using the app at any time by closing or uninstalling it.


General Privacy Information

Children's Privacy

Sunny IT Apps applications are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children except where an application's normal functionality is used under the supervision and responsibility of a parent, guardian, business, school, or other responsible organization.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps in the design of our applications to protect user information. However, no computer, mobile device, storage system, or method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their devices, passwords, networks, databases, and backup files.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our applications may interact with operating-system services or platforms such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Store, Android, Google Play, email providers, mapping/location services, or other services selected by the user.

Information processed directly by those services is subject to the privacy policies and terms of the applicable provider.
