He called first thing the morning of the appointment to provide an ETA of his arrival (spot on with the time quoted when I made the appointment). Erick explained the process, pricing and options before unloading his van. He was considerate of our property and that of our neighbors. Job was completed timely and our carpets were revived like new. We will be a return customer!"

Instead of trying to clean it for $50 they were not sure it would come out and chance ruining it because of it being cotton. So instead of ripping us off they took us next door to Joni Upholstery and recommended the proper fix and leading us in the right direction. Very awesome and honest guys. No wonder all their reviews are so positive. Really great to see these days. Plus we’re going to get the same type of service at Joni. Wow 2 great deals in one day. 6 stars to Sunny Hill boys."

Colby and Ben were assigned to my project. Colby explained their process, reviewed their pricing sheet with me and conducted the walk-through. Both were amazingly polite, respectful and were neatly uniformed. Furthermore, they took pride in their work and were excellent representatives of this franchise and the brand. My job was completed promptly and with care. At the end, both gentlemen wanted my assurance that the job was done right. In fact, it was. Above and beyond my expectation! I will be a repeat customer and I provide my recommendation to anyone."

These guys are the absolute gold standard in quality, customer service, and professionalism. I have used them now on four occasions for my rental properties and they always exceed expectations. Their staff are well spoken, courteous, on time, and great at what they do. They take pride in their work and what impressed me the most is their consistency in communication. Unlike most service companies that keep you waiting, they respectfully update you on their arrival time so your day isn’t wasted waiting around. I especially want to comment on Jose, our most recent technician. He was best-in-class; well spoken, polite, thorough, respectful, accommodating, and very good at what he does. A command performance all around and to everyone involved with this company — you should be proud!"
