I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the KAIST Institute for Natural Sciences under the supervision of Professor Moon-Jin Kang.
I received both my Ph.D. (2025) and M.S. (2022) in Mathematical Science from KAIST, where I studied under his supervision. I completed my B.S. in Mathematics at Kyung Hee University in 2020.

Research Interests
My research interests lie in the mathematical analysis of nonlinear wave phenomena in compressible fluid dynamics. These include self-similar structures such as shock waves, rarefaction waves, and contact discontinuities arising from the Riemann problem, as well as boundary layer profiles that appear in initial–boundary value problems. I am particularly interested in the stability and long-time behavior of solutions to compressible Navier–Stokes type equations and related Korteweg-type models.
