We focus on developing memory devices and designing low-power AI semiconductor system based on flash memory and various nanoelectronic devices with CMOS. Our research includes memory device fabrication, and characterization, developing architecture and algorithm for AI semiconductor system, and co-optimization of architecture and algorithm.
