Hi, I’m Trinity Walsh! I am an educator, counselor, and college admissions coach who has spent the last 25 years helping students find their path.
I started my career as a high school counselor, where I worked one-on-one with thousands of students on their college and career goals. Over the years, I discovered my favorite part of the process: helping students tell their stories through applications and essays in a way that feels real, personal, and full of possibility.
Today, I continue that work through college consulting and essay coaching. Along the way, I’ve also had the honor of serving as the President of the Kentucky Association for College Admission Counseling, and I’ve taught college-level leadership and communication courses. Whether in the classroom or in coaching sessions, my approach has always been the same — listen first, guide with care, and celebrate every step forward.
I know that the college admissions process can feel overwhelming — for both students and families. Deadlines, essays, applications, scholarships—it’s a lot to manage. My goal is to make the process less stressful and more empowering. I believe every student has a story worth telling, and I love helping them bring that story to life so they can shine in their applications and beyond.
I’ve spent my career working with students from high school through college, and I love seeing them grow into their next chapter.
I’ve guided students to colleges all across the nation, from large universities to small private schools.
I believe in building genuine relationships because the better I know my students, the better I can help them tell their stories.
When I’m not working with students, you’ll usually find me watching my children race at a swim meeting, play baseball, reading, teaching, cooking, watching Netflix, cheering on the Reds, Bengals, FC Cincinnati, and The Ohio State University Buckeyes, or spending time with family.
My mission is simple: to help students feel confident, supported, and ready for the exciting future ahead.
