Träbåtar och skärgårdsliv

After the founding of The Wooden Boat Society of the Gulf of Bothnia., the chairman Lage Sundfors and secretary Frank Borg started a book project. The association's members also contributed to the book's content by sending in texts and photos of their boats, sailing trips and adventures in the archipelago. 

Originally, it was intended that the book would be published bilingually, but later it was decided to publish first the Swedish edition and later a Finnish copy. The book's working title was originally Båtbok (Boat Book), later Träbåtsbok (Wooden Boat Book) and finally Träbåtar och skärgårdsliv (Wooden Boats and Life in the Archipelago).
