We have designed the App to minimize data collection:

• No User Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use the App. We do not collect names, emails, or phone numbers.

• Photos and Gallery: The App requires permission to access your photo gallery to perform its core functions (swipe-to-delete and organization).

  • Local Processing: ALL photo processing, including viewing, swiping, and organizing, happens locally on your device.

  • Zero Server Uploads: We NEVER upload, store, or transmit your photos or videos to any external servers. Your memories stay on your phone.

• Location Data: We do not track or store your GPS location.

4. Third-Party Services (Servicios de Terceros)

We only use essential third-party services to manage subscriptions:

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and manage In-App Purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data (such as transaction IDs and timestamps) to validate your premium status. No personal identification or photo data is shared with them.

5. Permissions (Permisos)

The App will explicitly ask for:

1. Photo Library Access: Required to display and manage your images.

2. Push Notifications: Used solely to send you reminders for your "Sunday cleanup" routine.

6. Data Retention and Deletion (Retención y Borrado)

Since we do not store user data on our servers, we do not retain your personal information.

• If you wish to "delete" your data from the App, simply delete the App from your device.

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

7. Your Rights (Your GDPR Rights)

As a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete any data we might have. Since we do not collect personal identifiers, these rights are exercised by you directly managing the App on your device.
