I have a sunder gutka sahib which I currently keep in a clean section in my almirah. I only have one room to live since I live in a dorm so I eat in the same room and sometimes I eat non veg food as well. Is it okay to continue that?

Hi, I am a practising Sikh since birth and have recently started reading my panj Bania consistently. A problem I have encountered is there simply not being enough gutkas in my house. I only have 2 gutkas, one English nitnem one and a Gurmukhi Sundar Gutka. I would like another Sundar Gutka that includes Bania such as Asa Di Vaar, Basant Ki Vaar, Ramkali Ki Vaar (and of course nitnem) etc. This is so I can maximise the amount of Bani I read everyday. Please link any Gutkas that you can find online (preferably with free shipping to the UK). Thank you all in advance.

Sundar Gutka is a small book (Gutka) which comprises various essential verses ([Bani]]s) or shabads (sacred verses) from Sri Guru Granth Sahib and other sources which are used to perform the daily recital of the Guru's words (Gurbani). The poetry of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib is held to be worthy of the highest consideration in the Sikh tradition and the reading and singing of the hymns is considered of paramount importance in this era - "Kaljug mah kirtan pardaana" - "in the era of kaljug, kirtan is supreme". Various publishers print the Sundar gutka.

The particle size of smokeless tobacco forms namely mawa, gutka, khaini, and tobacco leaves was determined by image analysis and the products were subjected on an egg shell membrane subjected to artificial saliva along with constant grinding force. The processed egg shell membrane was then examined by SEM to evaluate the morphology and the degree of diffusion of these particles.

The morphometric image analysis revealed khaini to be smallest in size followed by mawa, gutka, and tobacco leaves. The control group (egg shell membrane not subjected to any products) under SEM demonstrated intricately woven collagen meshwork, which was regular in length, branched and anastamosed with each other. Khaini exposed membrane demonstrated maximum particle diffusion with disruption of collagen meshwork. Mawa exposed membranes demonstrated minimal particle penetration which were adherent to the collagen meshwork which was irregular with increased interfibrillar space. The egg shell membrane exposed to gutka demonstrated particle penetration at higher magnification with more or less a regular collagen meshwork. The tobacco leaf exposed egg shell membrane demonstrated minimal blebs on the meshwork surface. 2351a5e196
