Prospect Hill Construction was started by Andy Pollari back in 1987 , with his main operator being his younger brother, Matt Pollari. They have worked together since 1996, to make Prospect Hill what it was. Andy created a very successful business and many connections over the years in the industry, and is now excited to enjoy his retirement.

Now the time has come for a transition, it was time for Andy to sell Prospect Hill Construction after the many amazing years he had put in building the company. Luckily, Matt decided he wanted to buy the business he had helped build from the ground up, so in the spring of 2026- Matt Pollari bought the company. Now, instead of Prospect Hill Construction, the business will be renamed to Sunapee Excavating. Although the name has changed, the exceptional quality still remains. Matt is very excited to take on a new challenge, and see what it's like running the business instead of solely operating the equipment. Andy and his wife, Lisa, will still lend a helping hand, and you may see Andy out on a job sight here and there!
