The PTC has a sub-committe of dedciated Sumpter parents working to bring an inclusive playground to our school that will be accessible to all our students! The playground committee has been working hard and have raised over $50,000 for the playground so far. They are actively writing grants and reaching out to local businesses for sponsorship and support. The goal is to have this project fully funded by March 2027, with the goal of installing the playground in Summer 2027... but we need your help! Please share this project far and wide with friends, family, and people you think may be interested in supporthing this mission. We have partnered with Unlimited Play who is an award-winning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to building inclusion through play. Their mission extends beyond creating accessible playgrounds and play spaces — they aim to promote inclusivity and belonging in all aspects of life.
