We generally anticipate our litters will arrive about quarterly during any given year.  

We try not to create too many "expectations" for the timing of the litters since mother nature's heat cycles call all the shots with the calendar and those can be plus or minus a month or more.   We have a really good idea about the timing of the litters when one of our gals has started her heat cycle and we know a breeding will be taking place within about 10 -14 days or so after it starts.  Gestation is very close to 9 weeks.  So once a successful tie between the Sire and Dam has been achieved, we can fairly confidently plan for a litter to be born 9 weeks later.  In a nutshell, once a heat cycle begins, we start to plan a possible litter's arrival about 2.5 months later and pups could be old enough for going home about 4.5 months after the cycle starts.  

Special Note:  We added a fenced play area adjacent to our family pavilion that is on our wooded back yard.  This gives us an easy place for all our face to face meetings we have with our future puppy families.   We hope the video below will give you an idea of what we are talking about.  There's also some cameo appearances of Vizsla testing it out.  Who would have thought that would happen around here.

All of our previous litters have been reserved and the pups are now with their forever families.
