Your comfortable home away from home, just 15 minutes from Maxwell AFB.

Thoughtfully designed with students in mind, our home offers the perfect balance of academic focus and everyday relaxation. You’ll find three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a functional kitchen for home-cooked meals, and dedicated study spaces—all set in a quiet Prattville neighborhood just minutes from downtown.

Outside, enjoy a covered back patio, front porch swing, fire pit for evening gatherings, and a spacious driveway. Inside, each room features a comfortable bed with 100% cotton linens, a TV, walk-in closet, and personal desk space.

We match the government on base per diem rate of $99 per night per room, without any additional expenses. We will provide an itemized reciept necessary to meet the requirements of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).

Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first served basis. If you would like to reserve the entire property, reach out and we can discuss.

Settle into the Sagebrush Room, featuring a Queen bed with 100% cotton linens, black-out curtains, walk-in closet, corner study desk, and shared full bath. Designed for comfort, focus, and productivity.

The Saddle Room is complete with a Queen bed with 100% cotton linens, black-out curtains, walk-in closet, corner study desk, and shared full bath.

The Master

Enjoy the comfort of a private master bedroom with an attached bathroom, King bed with 100% cotton linens, full sized desk, TV, and walk in closet.

Private Bath

The Master private bathroom offers a double vanity, LED mirror, bathtub, recently renovated shower, and walk-in closet.

Nightly Rates

All rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are priced at the current government per diem rate of $99 per night. If you would like to reserve the entire property, reach out and we will work with you for a discounted rate!

Internet and utilities are included in daily rate.

Am I allowed to stay off base on TDY?
Absolutely! Per the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) guidelines, service members are able to opt for off base lodging during their TDY, even without the Non-availability waiver. The government will match the on-base per diem rate of the U.S. installation you are assigned to for TDY. We will charge the same rate so the cost will be zero dollars for you!

Why should I stay off base?
Staying at Summer Rentals Property will give you the opportunity to use the 5.5 weeks TDY at Maxwell to maintain your routine with home cooked meals, evening walks through the neighborhood, and warm southern nights on the porch swing.

Can I extend or change my stay dates?

Can I bring my family or pet?
Summer Rentals Property is currently a pet free housing option.

Any out of pocket expenses?
Absolutely not. Any itemized billing the Resource Advisor does not approve will be refunded on our expense. We want this process to be seemless for you!
