CSULB Study Abroad Course in Bonn, Germany (with trips to Amsterdam & Berlin)

Earn course credit while studying in Europe!

Join us for a 4 1/2 week trip to Northern Europe. Our home base will be Bonn, Germany where students will stay with host families in this charming region of the world. Located in Western Germany, the Rhine River Valley has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Bonn, the former capital of Germany, lies at the beginning of this region, providing an ideal base for education and exploration.

While most of our time will be spent in Bonn and the surrounding areas, we will take a 3 day trip to The Hague and Amsterdam in the middle of the program and will end our trip in Berlin. In addition to these included trips, students may also choose to start their trip in London, extend their stay in Amsterdam, take a long weekend trip to Paris, and/or extend their stay in Berlin or beyond.

This is the third year that we are offering this Study Abroad Program in Bonn, and my second time teaching Psy 370 Abnormal Psychology through this program, a course I have taught for almost 20 years at CSULB. The course consists of a two-week online course through BeachBoard before departure to Germany (so that you have more time to enjoy Germany) and a 4 1/2 week study abroad program in Bonn.
