Systems

The blue tanks are 55 gallon plastic drums cut in half. They have a smooth interior and tapered bottom. Sometimes referred to as pickle barrels. We paid $10 each. The 2 barrels in the front are how they looked before cutting. Those 2 are Parvocalanus cultures.

The top two tanks are 75g custom built and setup for jawfish. The middle row has 8, 10g tanks. Bottom row is sump. All acrylic.

All tanks are on a recirculation system. They have drains but with internal standpipes. 1/2" valves control flow on each tank. The pump is a 2 Amp Sweetwater from Pentair Aquatic Eco-Systems. The entire system runs at about 4 amps.
