House description

Parking is available on the drive at the side of the house (where there is an EV charger), and on a nearby side road.

The house has central heating and Wifi, and is dog friendly.

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room (which can seat up to 8), and a sitting room. The dining room and sitting room can be separated by folding wooden doors. The sitting room has a comfortable double sofa-bed, three armchairs, a TV and DVD player. The house is well stocked with DVDs, board games, jigsaws, books and toys.

The kitchen leads into a large back porch for storing outdoor clothes and shoes, dog leads etc. It also has a washing machine, a small extra fridge, and the recycling bins. 

There is a downstairs washroom with shower, toilet and sink. 

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with two single beds (with garden view and from which the sea is visible). There is another washroom with shower, toilet and sink.

The back door opens into a good sized garden with well established shrubs, drying lines, a shed dating from the first world war, and the original outside toilet! There is a summer house which has a double sofa bed and garden furniture for use on the patio area outside.
