I am a person centred, integretive therapist and work collaboratively with each individual to support growth and healing. I am here to help unravel whatever you wish to bring to the session to help you explore your feelings, past or present.
I can help with anxiety and depression related issues and other mental health concerns, bereavement and loss, substance and alcohol related issues, relationship and family difficulties and major life changes including physical and health concerns, I have years of experience in helping families living with cancer. I am able to offer brief interventions and evidence based theraputic approaches to enable you to develop coping mechanisms to help you negotiate your feelings and emotions, working on long lasting goals to minimise anxieties or the feeling of being overwhelmed. I work with Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy if you feel you would like a more tailor made approach to your counselling sessions.
