PAYMENT PLAN SCHEDULE

4 MONTH PAYMENT PLAN (May-August)

Initial Deposit - US$895 per person due by May 11, 2024 (increases to US$995 per person from May 12)

Monthly Payment 1 - US$800 per person due by June 1, 2024 

Monthly Payment 2 - US$400 per person due by July 1, 2024

Final Payment - due by August 1, 2024

ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE VIA DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION ON YOUR INVOICE AFTER SUBMISSION OF YOUR BOOKING FORM. 

Cash payments/online bank transfers are NOT accepted for this trip.

Email us at info@thetravelempirebb.com for family quotes for triple & quad occupancy cabins (1-2 children 2-11 years sharing cabin). The 3rd/4th guest pays a reduced cabin rate. For cabins with 1 adult and 1 child, child will pay the same per person rate as adult based on double occupancy.

• Deposits and monthly payment 1 are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE after booking. Except cruise payments, all other payments on your booking after monthly payment #1 are REFUNDABLE UNTIL the final payment date (Aug 1, 2024). Cruise payments are non-refundable after June 3, 2024.

• AFTER FINAL PAYMENT DATE, ALL payments are non-refundable AND non-transferable, and subject to cruise cancellation and applicable supplier penalties. Cruise cancellation penalties apply from June 4, 2024. Residual future travel/cruise credits may apply based on the time of cancellation prior to departure, less Supplier/Agency cancellation fees.

• Flights are non-refundable 24 hours after booking per airline policy. Future airline credits apply in event of cancellation. 

• If your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the cost of the cabin/room if you are unable to secure a replacement. 

• Travel Insurance is optional but HIGHLY recommended to protect your investment. Please consult your insurance advisor directly for further advice on travel insurance. 

• By booking and making your deposit/monthly payments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy. All cancellation requests must be in writing to info@thetravelempirebb.com. 

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

• Reservations must be made in your first and last name EXACTLY as it appears on your passport.

• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. A valid US Visa is required!

• Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents.

• A valid credit card in the name of the lead guest is required at check in for room incidentals/refundable damage deposit.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.

• Flight bookings are non-refundable 24 hours after booking as per airline policy. Name changes are not permitted for flight bookings.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment is subject to cancellation. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. You may make larger monthly payments than what is required or pay your balance in full at any time. 

• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the cost of the room if you are unable to secure a replacement. Please choose your roommates wisely.

• Late Payment: Payments not received by close of business on your monthly due date on your invoice will incur an automatic US$50 late fee per person 72 hours after your monthly due date. All late payment requests must be approved in writing to The Travel Empire at info@thetravelempirebb.com before the payment deadline on your invoice.

• Changes: A USD $50.00 per person fee will be assessed for ship/sail date changes made prior to final payment date for your cruise (June 3, 2024). 

• You are responsible to keep us informed of email address changes as this is our primary mode of communication.
