PTA is the parent-teacher association that promotes an active community and helps to enrich the student experience at Summerdale. PTA supports teachers and staff, hosts educational programs, and keeps our wonderful community connected. PTA membership is critical, and we'd love to have your support this school-year.

Being a PTA member does not mean you have to volunteer or attend meetings, but you are always welcome!

Funds raised by PTA:

• Provide unrestricted grants to teachers and staff. Teachers and staff rely on PTA unrestricted grants to support their students' learning, and they appreciate PTA's ongoing support

• Support School-wide educational programing. PTA hosts educational assemblies to augment students' classroom experiences.

• Help build and maintain a vibrant school community. By hosting family nights and other fun events, PTA helps students feel a sense of belonging with the entire Summerdale Stars community.
