Code of Conduct
Participant responses should be respectful and professional. Participants will avoid any inappropriate actions or statements based on individual characteristics such as race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, nationality, ability status, educational background, or any other characteristic protected by law. Disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
In case of violation, the Organizer reserves the right to block access to that participant.
Conference Instructions to Participants
(i) All participants must follow the Code of Conduct at all times.
(ii) Zoom name should be the same as your registered name.
(Participants with anonymous, unidentified and unregistered names will be immediately removed from the meeting).
(iii) Do not share Zoom link with others. Conference is only for registered participants.
Questions Policy (Strictly Enforced)
All questions MUST sent at "To Everyone” in the Zoom.
(Do NOT send direct questions to the chair and speaker, This violates the conduct).
Questions will be taken only at the end of each talk for 5 min only via Zoom chat.
Session chair will read your questions in order as they are received. (After that 5-min, remaining questions will be skipped in that talk). You can type question any time during the talk.
Participants are NOT allowed to reply and answer other participant's questions.
(You are Very Welcome to ask your question ONLY).
Chat will be used only for scientific questions related to the talk.
Questions should be short and to-the-point, long-question will Not be taken.
(long-question and corresponding participant will be immediately removed).
Use of any kind of emoji in the chat is prohibited.
Slides / Presentations will Not be available.
There will be No recording. We are Not allowed to record any talk, Participants are advised kindly not to do so.
