How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile in the app and select Settings. At the bottom, you will find the option Delete Account. This will permanently and immediately erase all your data and uploaded media from our servers.
What should I do if my photo is rejected?
Photos are verified by the community. Ensure your proof is clear, follows the quest instructions, and does not contain offensive content. Review the guidelines in the app for more tips.
Why don't I see any quests in my area?
Some quests are location-based. Please check if you have granted the app permission to access your location and ensure your internet connection is stable. You can also try refreshing the page (swipe down).
How does voting and verification work?
In the Verify tab, you review other users' submissions. Use the Check (green) if the proof is correct and the Cross(red) if it does not meet the requirements. Fair voting is crucial; cheating or trolling can result in an account ban.
3. How does SummerWar work?
SummerWar is a competitive game where you take on real-life challenges with your friends:
Quests: Choose from 'Easy', 'Medium', or 'Hard' quests.
Proof: Capture a photo or video as evidence that you have completed the quest.
XP & Leaderboard: Have your evidence verified by the community to earn XP and climb the Squad, National, and World leaderboards.
Squads: Collaborate with your friends to lead your group to the top of the rankings.
4. Hoe verwijder ik mijn account?
Ga in de app naar je Profiel en kies voor Instellingen. Onderaan vind je de optie Account verwijderen. Hiermee worden al je gegevens en geüploade media direct en permanent van onze servers gewist. Lukt dit niet of heb je hulp nodig? Klik hier om een verzoek tot gegevensverwijdering in te dienen per e-mail
