During this ten-hour intensive course, your child will learn the fundamentals of basic Spanish, including vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and oral practice in a fun and interactive learning environment.

The course will introduce your child to the Southamerican culture, traditions, and the representation of the LatinX community in the United States. The following contents will be taught in this order.

* Session 1 (60 min.): Spanish alphabet and colors.

* Session 2 (60 min.): Counting, expressing age, and using numbers with money.

* Session 3 (60 min.): Basic greetings, farewells, and expressions of courtesy.

* Session 4 (60 min.): Introducing yourself and exchanging personal information

* Session 5 (60 min.): Vocabulary relating to days of the week, months, and seasons.

* Session 6 (60 min.): Telling time.

* Session 7 (60 min.): Understanding definite and indefinite articles: singular and plural with fruit and clothing.

* Session 8 (60 min.): Personal pronouns and gender distinction.

* Session 9 (60 min.): Reading short rhymes and stories utilizing proper pronunciation.

* Session 10 (60 min.): Oral practice demonstrating understanding of vocabulary and phrases learned throughout the course.
