Summer 360 Details

Q. What will my child be doing at Summer 360?

A.  Students will have the option of participating in a series of Specialty Camps, Signature Camps or Launch Camps. All of these options have different experiences.  

Q. When are the Specialty Camps?

A.  There are morning (9am-noon) and afternoon (12:30-3:30pm) camps Monday - Friday from June 3 to June 21.

Q. How much is Summer 360?

A. Summer 360 for the five full day program is $220. Summer 360 for five half days is $110. For drop ins, our daily rate is $50 per day. Prices are the same whether you are attending Signature Camps or Specialty Camps. 

Q. What safety precautions does Summer 360 take?

A.  Summer 360 operates fully within the fenced perimeter of All Saints Episcopal School. We also have a Beaumont Police officer on duty each day. We abide by CDC recommendations in relation to heat related illnesses. 

Q. What if I only want to sign my child up for a Specialty Camp?

A.  Summer 360 is a five-day per week program. Our Specialty Camps run Monday-Friday this year. 

Q. What is the drop-in option?

A.  Parents may opt for a drop-in day at Signature Camps, which is a single day registration. This is a great solution for parents who may have appointments or errands. Campers can not drop in to Specialty Camps.

Q. What age group do I register my child for?

A.  Age groups for the Specialty Camps are based on the 2024-2025 grade level. Please note that PK3 & PK4 campers must be fully potty trained

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A.  Outside of 7-days before your camp is set to begin, you can cancel with a 50% refund. Within 7-days before the camp is set to begin, you can cancel with no refund. Every registration has a non-refundable deposit. 

Registration

Q. How do I register my child?

A.  All registration is done online.

Q. Do I have to pay in full at the time of registration?

A.  No! Paying in full is an option that you have, but you can also elect to only pay the non-refundable deposits at the time of registration and be placed on our installment plan. 

Q. When are the installment plan payment dates?

A.  The installment plan payment dates are May 31, 2024 and July 1, 2024. 

Q. Who can I contact for payment date accommodations?

A.  If you would like to discuss payment date accommodations, you can contact Travis Walker. We currently do not have any accommodations, other than our Early Bird discount, in relation to the cost of Summer 360. 

Extended Care

Q. Does my child need to arrive at 7:30am and stay until 5:30pm?

A.  No. Drop-off is anytime between the hours of 7:30am - 9:00am in the morning and 12:00pm - 12:20pm in the afternoon for PM only campers. Pick-up for AM only campers is no later than 12:20pm and no later than 5:30pm for full day campers.

Q. Does it cost more for my camper to come early or stay late?

A.  No. Extended care is part of the rate for full day campers. AM Only campers can come early, but need to be picked up at noon. PM only campers need to be dropped off at 12:15pm, but can stay until 5:30pm if needed. 

Drop Off/Pick Up

Q. Where is drop off and pick up?

A. Drop off and pick is located at our Middle School carpool line off of French Road. We will have staff members helping with campers getting in and out of the car. 

Lunch

Q. Is lunch provided?

A. Lunch is provided to Full Day and Drop In campers with their registration. Half day campers are not eligible for a lunch. We also welcome campers that would prefer to bring their own lunch. Summer 360 provides a morning and afternoon snack. 

Q. Is lunch included in the price?

A. For full day campers and drop in campers, lunch is included in the price. Half day campers do not have access to our lunch service. 

Q. Does my camper have to eat the lunch provided?

A.  No. You can elect to bring your own lunch. On the lunch form during registration, you will just select that you will be bringing your own lunch.
