1. No Account Required

You do not need to create an account or log in to use the App.

We do not ask for your email address, name, or any personal contact details.

2. File Access & Local Processing

The App requests access to your device’s files, audio or videos only so you can select content to summarize or process.

• You control which files are selected
  
  

3. Audio & AI Processing

When you choose to use AI-powered features (such as transcription or summarization):

• Selected audio or video content may be processed using Gladia, a third-party AI service
  
  

• This processing is used only to:
  
  

  • Transcribe audio or speech
    
    

  • Generate summaries or insights
    
    

  • Return results for you so you can view, save, or export
    
    

All prompts and processing instructions are generated internally by the App.

You are not required to enter personal details or identifying information.

4. What Data Is Used

To provide AI features, the App may use:

• Audio or video content you explicitly select
  
  

• Temporary processing data required to generate results
  
  

The App does not collect:

• Names, emails, phone numbers
  
  

• Contacts or background media
  
  

• Tracking identifiers
  
  

5. Who Processes This Data

AI processing is performed by Gladia, a third-party speech and audio processing service.

Gladia’s privacy practices apply during this processing.

6. Data Retention

7. In-App Purchases

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

3. Select Subscriptions
   
   

4. Choose the App and manage your subscription
