Developed countries to implement fully their official development assistance commitments, including the commitment by many developed countries to achieve the target of 0.7 per cent of ODA/GNI to developing countries and 0.15 to 0.20 per cent of ODA/GNI to least developed countries; ODA providers are encouraged to consider setting a target to provide at least 0.20 per cent of ODA/GNI to least developed countries.

#1 香港非營利組織 — 社職（Social Career）
成立於2015年，社職是一間以科技為主導的非營利機構，致力透過科技以支持非營利機構及每個具影響力的利益相關者成長，專注於連繫社區，創造更多正面影響。
社職建立了一個義工配對平台，方便市民報名參與來自非營利機構的義工服務和活動；同時，我們亦創立專為非營利機構而設的持份者關係管理系統（SRM），協助機構投入數碼轉型，更有效率地處理各項行政流程。
另外，我們亦積極促進跨界別夥伴合作，聯繫企業、學校及非營利機構各利益相關者一起推動義工文化。
Founded in 2015, Social Work is a technology-led non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the growth of non-profit organizations and each of their impactful stakeholders through technology, with a focus on connecting the community and creating more positive impact.
We have established a volunteer matching platform to facilitate members of the public to sign up for volunteer services and activities from non-profit organizations. At the same time, we have created a Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) system specifically for non-profit organizations to help them engage in digital transformation and handle various administrative processes more efficiently.
In addition, we also actively promote cross-sectoral partnerships, and engage stakeholders from corporations, schools and non-profit organizations to promote a volunteer culture.
